- Remove all swimming pool ladders and handrails.
- Measure the pool and the cover to determine the overlap. The overlap can vary from 10-15 inches.
- Carefully place the cover over the pool, keeping the cautionary level facing up.
- Install the anchors at the centre of each wall, keeping them 18 inches from the edge of the swimming pool cover.
- Attach straps to the springs, then place the springs on the anchors.
- Continue with the anchor points for the rest of the pool cover. With all anchors and springs installed, recheck all to make sure they are secured and adjusted with equal tension.
