Experience was mostly good.
The quality of product is good and the overall process was reasonably efficient. However, I anticipated an issue during the design process, but despite my best efforts I was not able to properly resolve it during the design stage. As a result, the final product is useable but not optimal.

Cover for my built-in grill

Great Products
These covers fit great and are exactly what I needed. The material quality and workmanship is excellent. Helpful staff, very nice product!
The design team worked with me over several iterations to ensure my custom cover would fit perfectly. I was very happy with the diligence and speed of their support. The product arrived and fit very well, looks great, and is of high-quality material (though I did order the most durable material).

Perfect fit!
I have a 36" Lynx Sedona built in grill. The cover that came with the grill never fit correctly. I finally replaced it with a custom cover from Covers & All. I went with the "Cover Tuff" material. The cost was less than half of what I would have spent purchasing another cover from Lynx, which wasn't an option since that cover doesn't fit. Covers & All reached out to confirm some measurements immediately after the order was placed. The cover arrived in about 2 weeks. It's a perfect fit. The material looks great - just as nice as the material used by Lynx. We just had a Noreaster last week and the cover remained on the grill through all of the wind and rain. I highly recommend this company.

Great job!
They confirmed out measurements a couple of times based off of the side view of our built in bbq. I really appreciate their attention to detail, because when the cover arrived, it was a perfect fit-snug and shaped to our bbq. It really is custom fit.

Great value and sized well
I was impressed with the communication with the design team as they refined the measurements of my custom grill cover. The end result is very good. Five stars from me. I really like the elastic base as it holds much better than my previous grill cover with velcro straps. My previous cover came with the grill and actually fit quite a bit looser than this new cover. So I'm overall very pleased.

Delta Built in BBQ Cover replacement
My 12 year old BBQ cover finally came apart. Ordered a Cover & All BBQ cover that matched the specs. It is the 5 year heavy duty cover made for Florida weather. Phone support was great. Delivery on time.

Great quality and service
The customer service when ordering the product is great. At first I was annoyed as I just wanted to order cover based upon the size I had initially submitted. But as tje process went on, I realised that if they didn't ask any questions, it would have cost me majorly due to the bespoke natural of my BBQ set up. Once ordered delivery was fast. Overall I am happy with the service, quality of the cover, and delivery.

The BEST cover ever
It should be 5 star but I hit the button and it wouldn't let me adjust... this product is amazing. So good in fact we are ordering another one to keep as a spare as we live in Hawaii and weather is tough on covers.
