They do seem water proof, but not happy with the material.
The slip covers seem solidly made, and the water beads off of them after a rain. But it isnt a pleasant fabric, hard to describe. The covers did arrive within a few weeks if ordering them. Unfortunately I ordered 2 sets that I thought were blu, but apperently I screwed up and have a beige set that I need to exchange

Outdoor couch cushions

Absolutely perfect!
Love this set but 4 years of sun and squirrels had destroyed one cushion and all were stained looking sad. Tried not custom covers and they were awful, lasted 2 weeks. These were worth the wait and money. Hello new patio set!
