Hot tub cover
The hot tub cover is well-made and accurate in measurements. The only complaint is that the wrinkles and creases created by folding it for shipping appear to be permanent.

Excellent choice of materials and options
Ordering is straightforward and choices of materials and options are excellent. The only thing I would like different is the "leeway of up to 5 cm" that is added to all measurements. I understand the reason but wish there was an option to order exact measurements if needed - because what does "up to 5 cm" mean?

There wasn't a 2" leeway on my order
I have used Coversandall for over 10+ covers for various outdoor items. Love the quality and durability. However, the last order for 2 custom covers was disappointing. All past orders have had a 2" leeway as indicated on the website. This most recent order did not. The covers were difficult to fit. I would have added the additional leeway in order to make the covers slide on easily if I had known Coversandall no longer add a leeway. Very disappointed. Website should be updated to indicate this issue as well.
