The fit was perfect, feels like it will hold up to the weather and the price was surprisingly low for the product. On complaint was delivery was moved out from original delivery, but still wasn’t to bad.

The material is exactly what I was looking to get. The measurements came out perfect. I used 1.5 inch screws with large washers to go through each grommet to hold it in place. Working great with the winds coming through. Not planning to remove over the seasons, but hope it will last a few years. Will purchase another to replace if it last a few years.

I ordered this waterproof pergola cover for my retractable pergola which isn't waterproof. The material used is thick and excellent quality. Made to measure perfectly and the bungees that I ordered with it are also of great, strong quality. Communication throughout was spot on. I received regular updates to inform me of when they had started on production, when production was complete, when it was dispatched and was provided with a tracking number. I was given a date that it would arrive, covers&all held up their side of the bargain, it was just the courier that fell behind on delivering on time. Still 5 stars from me for all around excellent service from covers&all. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would use them again myself.

It works just as we hoped!! We had a top that provide some shade. This one provides real shade 10% cooler! Most Important it covers table, cushions, table decor, and rugs from RAIN. We always had to remove table decor and cushions. No More, It's PERFECT!!!

The fit of the cover was as I requested. I ordered the 1-foot spacing D ring fasteners, and I was happy that I did. It has rained twice since installed and the cover provided some protection and a noticeable amount of relief when the sun is shining. This was a good choice for my needs.

Overall really pleased with the product and the purchase experience. Really cool to get custom covers at all, and so easily. I am a bit disappointed that grommets were placed every 16 inches as my order only requested 1 at each corner. Not sure where the mix up was. By the way one of your really customer friendly features is the ability to plug in the dimensions on the web site and instantly get a price quote. I am in Chicago and none of the local vendors could do that Maybe I send you a picture of the finished project
