I hope a person reads this. I had some confusion with your management and we worked it out. I know and see where the communication between us failed. It's was when some one on your end did not understand what I wrote in, as instructions for fabrication. I believe it to be a regional syntax that caused this confusion. Next time I'll be Super clear with the instructions for your fabrication. Not me

Good Product, Just As Advertised

I bought this screen to cover a section of fence. The goal was to prevent two dogs from standing on either side and reacting to each other. I ordered a custom size. It arrived on time, and was cut exactly to my specifications. Installation on the fence (with zip ties) was quicker and easier than I expected. The material feels substantial. Most importantly, the dogs are no longer barking at each other. So, our goal of silence has been achieved.

Not a USA product.

The product itself is fine. However, what I received is different than what I thought I ordered. I attempted to call customer service prior to ordering and that was useless. It was someone in India that barely spoke English. Very frustrating. I'm going to use what they sent, a vinyl not canvas.
