Custom cover for a Gozney Dome with mantel and extended flue
We have a Gozney Dome outdoor oven, which has the mantel (front shelf) fitted to it. It also has an extended flue. This makes Gozney's own cover utterly useless as it is designed a) to sit over the top of a Dome with the standard flue only and b) for Domes without the mantel fitted. We had resorted to cutting the Gozney cover down one side and wrapping it around the oven then adhering it with duct tape. A very ineffective solution. Having purchased a custom cover for our logstore previously from Covers&All, I got in touch with them and looked through the various Design templates for outdoor BBQ/oven covers. None of them were suitable so I got hold of a schematic of the Dome's dimensions, tooks some photos of it in situ and sent everything to Covers&All. Through a process of iterative development through various mockups and questions on the dimensions, we came up with a final design that would be for a custom cover with a jacket zipper, to allow it to open/close around the extended flue and to accommodate the mantel. I was slightly concerned that all this could be done by exchange of emails but took a small leap of faith and confirmed the order. With expedited shipping it was delivered to the UK in less than four days and opening it and unpacking it, it is the perfect fit. It does exactly what is required, providing a weatherproof cover for the oven that is a great fit and meets the brief. Overall I am very impressed with the service and the product. Ironically, the cost was still less than the useless standard Gozney Dome cover. If you have one of these beasts in your garden, especially if you have the mantel and/or extended flue installed, Covers&All can manufacture a custom cover that does the job and looks like it was made just for the Dome.

Altogether a pretty good service
In general, all good and I have a very useful, custom-made cover that does a great job of keeping the weather off. The only 'glitch' was that when I suggested some minor changes to the design drawings they first sent me I never received revised drawings or confirmation that they'd made the changes; so until the cover arrived I wasn't totally confident it would fit properly. I did make contact and C&A were very responsive and helpful and told me that my changes had been incorporated; the cover arrived soon after and was a perfect fit. It took a few weeks to arrive but that was expected and not an issue. I'd use them again, yes. I just wish they'd stop bombarding me with ads now; even on YouTube I get Covers & All ads a lot of the time. I've covered everything I need to now, thanks.

Custom Chiminea Cover - Design 2
I am very happy with the custom chimenea cover I ordered however my experience of Cover & All was not the best. The initial mock up's that were created were very inaccurate and it took 3 attempts to get the design right which could be viewed as a benefit as it makes sure customers receive the require produce. This customer is very difficult to contact either by phone, email or chat and despite multiple attempts to contact the customer service team I was unable to do so. What's not apparent from the outset is this company is based in India despite portraying a UK presence with a registered office and UK support phone number. In summary a great product but a difficult company to deal with. Would I order again, possibly as there are very few companies providing this type of service
