A little disappointed
Not disappointed at all with the material the cover was made of, but was disappointed that the the draw strings did not pull tight so I'm very concerned that rain water and snow will just puddle on top of the cover.

Wrong size
I have reached out numerous times. It took weeks to get a response only because I filed a complaint with Amazon. I have received 2 letters and responded to both. No response yet to my 2nd response. The cover is 8 inches to small to cover the back of the chairs. They insist it was produced with proper dimension. It is not. The dimension submitted was 80 inch width to cover chairs. The manufactured width is 72 inches.
