Great Covers / Hidden Tariffs
The covers are great but feel blindsided by a separate, hidden charge from UPS for Tariffs that was billed and I had to pay separately. This should be the responsibility of Covers & All to figure out in pricing. Considering the price, paying it wasnt the issue, it was just not expected or known the charges or fact these are made in India. Not disclosing is bad practice.

I gave rough measurements in my original order. The design team was very communicative. They asked for specific additional measurements, and designed a cover that fits very well. I am very happy with my purchase, and plan on order additional pieces.

Great communication - I measured incorrectly at first - so to see the designer drawings picked up in this donut could be rectified before manufacturing. Great service and the stayed on and survived the first storm of 2025!

Great Product and Service
Easy to use tool for putting dimensions into, product arrived earlier than expected and with the bad weather has been tested but showed it performs well. Would by from them again. Well I actually am because I have other garden furniture that needs covering.

Finished product is nice, process was cumbersome.
Must admit to getting a bit frustrated during the production process. They initially asked for pictures and a variety of dimensions, which I provided. Then every few days I would get a new request for a measurement, in some cases for a number I had already provided. This was not a complicated project. Just two aging outdoor swivel rockers. I guess I write some of the problem off to a partial language barrier(they are in India). At the end of the day the covers are nice, if a bit long. I opted for the premium material and it seems very sturdy. It took about a month from order placement to receipt, so if you are in a hurry you may want to pursue a different source.
