Excellent custom cover and service
After I submitted my order, which included a photo of the item to be covered, I was contacted to ask for some additional measurements as the item was an odd shape. When the cover arrived it fitted perfectly to the odd shape. The cover is very good quality and very well made.

Easy ordering, quick turnaround, great fit

Amazing quality and price
We needed to replace an old cover from RH that had disintegrated after a few seasons and it was going to cost three times what we ended up paying with covers&all. The new cover fits like a dream, the fabric seems much sturdier than the previous cover and we love the bungee bottom to secure to the couch. I will be using covers and all for all our custom cover orders from now on!

Excellent service
This was not an easy Job as my Church Pew in not the shape of a standard bench. They were very patient with me and with a few email exchanges with the design team we managed to get all the dimensions sorted and the end result with excellent.

Good quality, fits perfectly
We needed a cover for an outdoor loveseat. The guide for measuring was very easy to follow. To give us some wiggle room, I added an inch or so to each measurement. The covering fits perfectly. The material is also very rugged and durable. I expect to use this for years to come.

End product was good but process is a bit cumbersome
This is not the first time we've ordered covers for outdoor furniture from this store. However last time was probably 6-7 years ago. This time, the process seemed a lot more cumbersome with emails back and forth that were very confusing. But the end product was fine.

It is so good to be able to have tailor made covers to fit various outdoor items. No longer have to hold covers in place with bungees when the bad windy weather hits us. No more covers blowing away. This is my 3rd or 4th order and each time they are well made, good quality and last for years. Also good customer service, well done!
