Sample defeat the purpose
Order 5 samples since it is the same shipping cost, I received only 3 samples. The one that I really want is not received!

Now, here's the kicker that took me by surprise: this company operates from India. Not a whiff of this fact finds its way onto their website, an artful dodge carefully orchestrated to present the facade of a familiar, domestic company. It's like a wolf in sheep's clothing, luring you in with the promise of a service akin to Amazon, only to reveal a starkly contrasting reality. The company, operating from a Third World country, has a far cry from the English proficiency level you'd expect from a global platform. The result? Communication barriers thicker than the Great Wall. You've got an issue with your order or payment? Well, settle in for a long wait. It will take a staggering 48 hours for them to grace you with a response, which invariably tends to answer a question you didn't even pose. I realized this harsh truth about 15 seconds post placing an order for some swatches. My repeated attempts to communicate were met with a stone wall of silence. Their so-called "24-hour chat service" quickly devolved into a farcical display, directing me to call customer service instead. Thankfully, turning to Amazon Pay for help proved a wise decision, as they recognized the predicament and promptly refunded my money. Engaging with this company is a gamble, not worth the risk unless you possess an unwavering disregard for the merchandise you receive, when you receive it, or the unsettling thought of entrusting your sensitive payment information to a company located thousands of miles away. This review serves as a clarion call to all potential customers. This company is no shepherd guiding you to quality products, but a wolf hiding in sheep's clothing, ready to pounce on your trust. Forewarned is forearmed. Do not fall prey to this wolf's cunning guise.
