Great Quality & Fit
Customer service is excellent! They were great about communicating to assure my 4 chair covers were a perfect fit. And they are! They look terrific and do a really good job of protecting my chairs from the rain! We have purchased custom covers 2 other times and will continue to be customers. They are excellent.

Custom made patio chair cover
Measured, then measured again. Confirmed with the designers the exact sizes. Covers are larger than expected in length and height to my original measurements meaning they bag and drape on the floor. They are well made and protect the furniture, just a little larger than expected.

Chair covers
Same as for love seat. They seem good sized, but I won't know until the weather turns and I put them on the chairs. I plan to put the small cushions from the small chairs underneath on the seat of the club chairs. Not sure they'll fit, but it's worth a try.

Custom Patio chair covers
The quality of the product is really good. This is the second time I have used this company. This time however - the communication back and forth regarding measurements wasn't clear and when I followed up with questions they went unanswered and the product was shipped to me. The fit is pretty good expect the cover is too short which was one of my concerns so now its difficult to cinch the cover around the bottom of the chair for windy conditions. Other than the communication - the actual product is fantastic quality of materials.

Perfect fit!
I could not find covers that fit my outdoor recliners and these custom ones fit perfectly. They are excellent quality and do not allow the the water to pool on them. I am so happy with this purchase and am going to order 2 more.

Great product but oversized.
The 1-2" allowance is more like 4-5" making for a looser fit than we expected or wanted. The fire table cover we purchased a few years ago is an excellent fit and these covers don't meet that expectation for fit. The quality of the materials is excellent, but it would look better if not so loose. Not worth a return as it will do the job. The review is the same for the couch and small table covers.
