Great fit
These are just a bit tighter than I hoped for but they still fit great. This may have happened due to you made the custom curved back and fit perfectly I just wish there was a 1/2" more front to back so I could pull the front up and off but this cover still works great like it is.

Confused communication but excellent final result
I found the endless stream of emails confusing and frustrating. They appeared to originate from different sources and repeatedly indicated that the order was stopped. Somehow a separate (useless) design was attached to my order. The whole process took far too long but in the end the product was excellent.

Overall good experience
The experience was very good. Covers for chairs were made to my measurements and fit perfectly. I just expected the 10 year material to be a little heavier material. Just can't see this material lasting 10 years as advertised for the price.

Custom covers are the best
I had these chair covers done with a zipper in the back and they are so easy to get on and off such a nice fit. And very well-made out of a heavy material. I'm sure they will hold up well in the salt air! Customer service has been excellent.

Fab!
My order arrived quite quickly (from India!). It was well wrapped and I was impressed by the quality of the cover. It fitted my wooden garden chair perfectly. Initially, I thought it was a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for - this cover will keep my chair protected for years.
