We needed to change dimensions but the customer team made that very easy. There is probably more allowance in measurements than is suggested on the website so we could have gone smaller, but it makes it easy to take on and off so no complaints

Not quite what I expected.
In light of the very specific measurements requested, I expected something that might fit the bike a little more sleekly; narrower in the back to cover the seat and wider in the front for the handlebars. What I received was basically a square cover.

Exercise bike cover
Despite going back & forth 3 times on measuring this cover the one I received did not fully cover my stationary bike. The website reads that my measurements would be increased by 1 inch. However that was not true. For the money I spent I was disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Peloton cover
Pros: The fit is perfect, it seems like it will hold up well. Cons: the material is bulky, heavy and difficult to manage. I would think twice about ordering again.

Basically sucks
I ordered a cover for my new stationary bike. I sent the best measurements I could gather and send a photo and a link to the bike specs. I pick the material that they said was the most waterproof. What arrived was a blob like cover. It was a wrestling match to get it over the bike and I could never figure out how it really fit. There was no labeling of the front and the back and generally it was virtually useless to put on and off except for maybe once a year. I've been trying to get my money back and they claim that I sent them the information that they requested to make it. They were therefore not under any refunds.
