Good product

Good product but slightly spoilt by slow delivery. I had no idea my blinds were made in India and flown to the UK. They're big, 1.8m long! Also some instructions would be good. Bug overall good product.

Outdoor shade for outdoor TV

Shade works great except for the plastic mounting parts. One of them came chipped.

Nice colour and Reasonably Good Quality

While I am generally happy, there are a few things could improve the product. First they should provide instructions and second the shades could use a stich on either side to prevent future fraying.

Easy to install however if fitting manual instructions was made available would have been much better

Like the blind but the hold downs could be better designed.

Overall good value.

The Shade itself is good, and I like the way that you can tie them off on the bottom to secure them. However, the plastic mounting pieces are not made very strong and could and should be made stronger.

The blind was just what we needed

This blind did not disappoint, was exactly what was needed to give us privacy for our hot tube area there was a slight bend in the blind we think due to transportation despite the fact that it was well protected by the packaging hence the reason for the four stars instead of five. Nothing that could not be fixed. Would defo recommend this company

The instructions video on line is cursory and not very detailed. The end cap needed to be drilled out so that it could be assembled. Also the plastic nylon pull chain was too short, I ordered 6 ft only got 5 ft. The chain is made from a plastic that is sensitive to uv so not very durable.

Color and hardware

We ordered the pebble grey last year then ordered again this year and they are two different colors. Disappointed! Then you really need to send instructions, hex head screws vs. the stupid ones that were sent. This time around we didn’t get the bracket to hold the beaded cord down. And how the heck do you use the bungee cord? Watched the YouTube video and it shows that it’s attached to the bottom rail but you didn’t send the screws to attach the bracket to the rail. So the bungee cords are worthless. Hopefully we don’t ever get wind. The shades are great in blocking the sun but they would be so much better if some thought was put into the above comments to make them more user friendly.

Turned up well packaged for protection. However there were no instructions. When I asked for some I was sent a video link which didnt relate to the product I had been sent. I was also sent a different type of accessory from what was shown on website. The fixings for holding the blind taught when pulled down were black and a different design. After 2 weeks no one has explained this to me despite me contacting them

Nice shades

Nice shades but did have slight issue with parts. I did not get all the small screws. I sent pictures I explained my concern. I now have to find exact same screws - small black ones to match. Also had to cut one of the shades a 1/8 inch. Customer service very responsive but still wanted a "video" of the parts that was already hanging.
