Great product — This is a really good quality product. It fits perfectly and is very well made. I made a slight error with my measurements which the company picked up on. They sent me a template to fill in and the shades are perfect. Very good quality. I had to reschedule my delivery and it wasn't a problem. Very courteous and very helpful staff. Would use them again — Ljdixon

Excellent product — I ordered this waterproof pergola cover for my retractable pergola which isn't waterproof. The material used is thick and excellent quality. Made to measure perfectly and the bungees that I ordered with it are also of great, strong quality. Communication throughout was spot on. I received regular updates to inform me of when they had started on production, when production was complete, when it was dispatched and was provided with a tracking number. I was given a date that it would arrive, covers&all held up their side of the bargain, it was just the courier that fell behind on delivering on time. Still 5 stars from me for all around excellent service from covers&all. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would use them again myself. — Lelyates
